Twelve questions to answer before you build — use it before you apply to our incubation programme.
1. Who exactly has the problem, and how do they solve it today?
2. Have you spoken to at least 20 of them?
3. What would they pay, and how often?
4. What is the smallest version you can test in two weeks?
5. How will you know the test worked?
6. Who is on your team and what can each person build?
7. What does it cost to win one customer?
8. What rules apply (licences, tax registration, data)?
9. How much money do you need for the next six months?
10. What will you do if the first test fails?
11. Who are your first ten customers by name?
12. Why are you the right people to build this?
